
Training is the key to being competitive in any activity. Cadets have access to strength training regardless of their activity choices. Boys who work out build their self-esteem while building their bodies. All activities, from football to band, are encouraged to provide strength training specific to their activity. The willingness to prepare is a critical element in team building as teammates work together to improve their abilities. While encouraging each other and competing against each other in the weight room, teammates demonstrate personal commitment and a commitment to each other.
In addition to simple weight lifting, our athletes are placed on a regimen of flexibility and agility drills that allows them to improve on their natural talents. There are in-season and off-season programs offered for those athletes willing to make the investment in themselves and their team.
